Using their own Power Memories, Raymond & Benjamin use the Double Driver belts to transform & combine into the Double Rider to fight the alien menaces & Yummies & keep Windy City safe. They are an underground research organization focusing on illegal projects with phenomenal energetic potentials. The Ness Foundation joins forces with a detective duo, consisting of the self-proclaimed hardboiled (actually half-boiled) detective Raymond Scordato & Benjamin, a mysterious alien who possesses the true Power Memory, who investigate crimes which involve mutant criminals, as well as the Greedemons. Foundation X is a recurring antagonistic faction in the Neo-Heisei era of Kamen Rider. It's DX and EX and Complete Selection all in one. Rider never wanted to be a rider, but eventfully takes upon to being a rider. This is my review for the Kamen Rider W DX Sound Capsule EX Dopant Gaia Memory Complete Selection Set. Powers of the Riders are the same source as the powers of the opposing organization. The three balls of fire landed in about the same place and reformed Kamen Rider W Triple Extreme. A Kamen Rider giving what was clearly a Rider Kick. As they passed through him an image could be seen in each one. Philosophical tropes that carry the design for me: One/few versus many. And each one came crashing down onto Kazu. To make matters worse, the Power Memories carry a dangerous toxin that cause their users to go insane to the point where they could die from the life-threatening devices.
